It was just a few years ago, I received a call on a Sunday afternoon from my doctor. I was not expecting to hear this news; if I were to tell you that I was happy about the news, I would either be lying or you would declare me a certified lunatic. When Mercy Triumphs

Mercy of Christ.As amazing as it is to watch an act of mercy conferred upon another or even ourselves, it is incredibly unsettling to witness the refusal of this wonderful gift of mercy. If you have ever been on the receiving end of mercy, and I would dare say, we all have at some point in our lives, especially if we call ourselves a Christ follower, you know what value there is in the act of mercy. Were it not for Christ's mercy -- we would suffer great loss.
